We celebrated British Science Week (14th- 18th March) with a series of school STEM workshops and events, all culminating in a primary schools' STEM Day on Friday, 18th March. Over 60 of our own pupils and those from local primary schools enjoyed a full day of brilliant Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths events, led by our own department heads. From Scratch programming challenges to tower building competitions and swimming pool construction puzzles, teams of Year 5 and 6 pupils worked together to complete the tasks. It was a brilliantly fun and thought-provoking day, and we look forward to hosting this event again next year.
