Great Ballard announces new partnership with Seasons

We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Seasons Nursery, which will enhance early years provision for local families, launching this September. Seasons, well‑known to many Chichester and West Sussex parents for its oversubscribed, nature‑based nursery at Aldingbourne Country Centre, will now operate “Seasons at Great Ballard”.

The collaboration brings together Seasons’ child‑led nursery practice with Great Ballard’s reputation for academic innovation and a deeply holistic approach to learning.

Families in the Chichester area can expect continuity, flexibility and strong pastoral care, with the combined Seasons and Great Ballard teams providing a calm, nurturing start to early education. The new model will also offer greater funding options, making high‑quality nursery provision more accessible for local families.

“We could not think of a better suited partner,” said Matt King, Head of Great Ballard. “Seasons’ ethos aligns beautifully with our own, and together we are ensuring a joyful, secure and inspiring early years environment where children can thrive.”

Hannah Rosalie added, “This partnership reflects our shared belief in child-led, nature-inspired learning. We are thrilled to join the Great Ballard community and to continue nurturing children in a setting where they feel confident, curious and fully supported.”

A community launch event is planned for Saturday 9th May
