Looking for a special venue for a 21^st, 50^th or even a musical recital? We are able to tailor to your needs for a range of residential activities, from bed and breakfast through to full board.

We offer unique facilities within the South Downs National Park.  Our regular guests vary from choir groups singing in the local cathedral to cricket teams playing in local competitions, for which we offer daily, weekend and weekly rates.

Located within easy reach of London, Brighton and Gatwick, we are just off the A27 between Arundel and Chichester, offering accommodation within a stunning setting and extensive grounds.
