If required, parents should contact the Heads PA - Rachel Lewis, in the school office, who will provide you with a copy of the document.

Contacting the Board of Governance. The proprietor of the school is Mrs Sue Jay, she can be contacted by either writing directly to the school, or by passing on your contact details via the school office.

Please send any correspondence to the school address, clearly marking for the attention of Mrs Sue Jay. Alternatively contact the school office, who will request that you provide them with a telephone number and/or email address through which you may be contacted. The proprietor will normally be available during normal working hours.

The number of complaints registered under the formal procedure during the preceding school year is available from the school office.
