On Tuesday 29th January we enjoyed an early Chinese New Year celebration lunch with our Chinese visitors. The Dining Room was decorated, traditional music was playing and we ate sweet and sour chicken with rice, vegetable spring rolls, vegetable stir fry, prawn crackers and lychees and we even enjoyed a fortune cookie! It was delicious! Thank you to David and the catering team for preparing. 2019 is the year of the Pig and we wish our Chinese visitors a very happy and lucky New Year.
